Applications
On site Data Reports
Measurement equipment continually determines records and reports the flow rate of each component part. Samples of each component or of the composite flow stream may be taken to be analyzed at a later date.
This information gives the client data necessary to manage the individual well or entire reservoir.
Temporary Production Facilities
CETCO continues to aid our clients to successfully complete many formidable long-term jobs by providing equipment and support.
While providing Temporary Production for our clients they have been able to produce wells while permanent facilities were constructed or upgraded. CETCO has aided many clients in “depleting” small reservoirs without having to purchase and install permanent production equipment. There have also been instances when we have supported our clients in conducting long term production.
Well Intervention / Well Cleanup and Flowbacks
Wells should be unloaded and cleaned prior to release of a rig to prevent costs associated with unexpected completion defect or production capacities. This cost can usually be avoided by properly testing and cleaning the well prior to rig removal at a comparatively low cost alternative. Initial test data can even redefine plans for permanent facilities.
Unloading a well to permanent production equipment may cause major upsets and lead to costly repairs of shut down of a platform or pipeline. Our portable testing and clean-up equipment are designed specifically to handle well abrasives and fluid problems whereas typical production equipment is not. Undesirable fluids can easily be temporarily stored until permanent means of disposal have been determined.
Surface Sampling
Any testing of H2S and CO2 requires specialized testing and our experienced and highly trained certified personnel are uniquely trained in working in environments in which high levels of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) or carbon dioxide (CO2) gases are present.
We take pride in making sure all of our equipment is built to meet ASME & NACE standards and all of our flowlines meet API 6-A standards. Therefore, all CETCO Oilfield Services Company equipment meets the standards for high temperatures and high pressure and lethal environments.

Maintain Produced Fluids
Fluids must be captured and managed in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner. They typically contain undesirable materials such as sand and solid materials generated by the drilling and completion processes.
These materials must be recovered from the well and properly disposed of in order to not upset comparatively delicate production equipment and handling facilities.

Blowouts are a risk in any well operation. We work with Blowout/Well Control specialists to help gain control of the situation.
CETCO Well Testing Data Services provides equipment systems to minimize system failures during a well control event. Our surface control equipment can be utilized in the handling of fluids and gas. We also provide surface control equipment on relief well operations.
